Tahira is a Registered Naturopathic Practitioner serving New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland & Labrador, providing virtual consultations focused on nutritional counseling, diabetes education, lifestyle management, and holistic health optimization. Her approach emphasizes identifying root causes and empowering clients with practical, sustainable solutions for better health.

In Ontario, Tahira practices as a Manual Osteopath, offering hands-on therapy to support pain relief, mobility, and structural balance. Her treatments are designed to address musculoskeletal concerns such as back pain, joint dysfunction, and postural imbalances, helping clients restore physical function and improve quality of life.

Her services also include reflexology, aromatherapy, nutritional counseling, diabetes care education, Thai yoga massage, and exercise coaching, allowing her to create fully customized care plans tailored to each individual’s needs.

In addition to her healthcare work, Tahira is a Certified Chaplain and holds a Basic Chaplain Certification (BCC) from the Chaplaincy Training Institute.
